Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client," "you"), and Thrive Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our business setup, consulting, and visa processing services in Dubai and the wider United Arab Emirates.

By engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Thrive Group provides consultancy and administrative assistance for company formation, trade license acquisition, visa processing, and related corporate services in the UAE (Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore).

• We act as a facilitator between the Client and UAE government authorities.
• We do not guarantee the approval of any license, visa, or permit, as all final decisions rest solely with the respective UAE government departments.
• Timelines provided are estimates based on standard processing times and may vary due to government delays, system updates, or additional security clearances.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth processing, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, authentic, and up-to-date documentation as required by UAE authorities.
• Disclose any previous visa rejections, legal issues, or bans in the UAE or other GCC countries.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or signatures.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Our fee structure includes our professional service fees and government/third-party fees.

• Payment Terms: Full payment of government fees and a minimum 50% advance on professional fees are required before any application is initiated.
• Government Fees: Government fees are strictly non-refundable once paid to the respective authorities, regardless of the application outcome.
• Refund Policy: Professional fees may be partially refunded only if Thrive Group fails to initiate the agreed-upon services. Once processing has commenced, professional fees are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

We prioritize your privacy. All business concepts, personal identification documents, and financial information shared with Thrive Group will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of executing the requested services. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by UAE law or government authorities for processing your applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thrive Group, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to business interruptions, loss of profits, or delays caused by government authorities, banking institutions, or third-party vendors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
